THE DR. S.B RADEBE FOUNDATION OFFERS A TWO DAY JOB READINESS PROGRAMME IN ASSOCIATION WITH LULAWAY

Johannesburg- the Dr S.B Radebe foundation in partnership with Lulaway held training sessions in Marshalltown.
The training was aimed at equipping young unemployed youths in Gauteng with job readiness skills. According to research there is a huge gap between the unemployed youth and the job market and Lulaway through organisations like the Dr S.B Radebe Foundation strive to bridge that gap through initiatives like the job readiness programme.
The training was a total two of todays of intense training to equip the youth with job readiness skills. One might question the relevance of this programme. The retrenchment statistics are alarming hence the importance of these skills furthermore 736 000 youths have been recorded as unemployed, through the programme 450 000 have been employed in different sectors.
The two day programme equips the trainees with time management skills, work plans and scheduling of tasks.
The training will branch out into all other provinces very soon.
